Speaking to an eyewitness on Fox Morning drive with show host Sir John, he narrated that he climbed the refuse container to make space for other refuse by stepping on them but felt he had stepped on something which out of curiosity, got to know it was a baby wrapped in cloths and was dead.
The Assemblymember speaking on the show disclosed that, per his preliminary investigations from people he got to know, the child was last seen with her mother and had contracted pneumonia. Some netizens offered to give her money for her treatment up to hearing such devastating news.
