The legendary Radio Presenter Odehyieba Frankie Taylor (popularly known as Maapoo) has been adjudged the Radio Personality of the Year in the Ashanti Region at the 2020/21 Radio and Television Personality Awards held at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra on Saturday, November 6, 2021.
The renowned host of African Express on Kumasi-based Fox 97.9 FM beats off massive competition from Angel FM trio, Akua Ampomah Ahwenie, Ike De Unpredictable, and Kwame Tanko, Wontumi FM’s Collins Atta Poku, Nhyira FM’s Mama Efe, Oyerepa FM’s Auntie Naa and DJ Slim of ABN Radio One.
