A local radio station in an interview with Godwin Eze, a Nigerian journalist detailed that the singer's husband is been alleged as the cause of her death due to domestic violence but another news says that she died of throat cancer.
With this development of domestic violence concerning the singers' husband, a lot of people who are speculated to be close relatives of Osinachi have voiced out that she was been abused but the last one which was the husband hitting her on the chest sent her to a 5 days coma but died on Friday,8 April 2022.
