Youth especially adolescent girls have been advised not to heed societal pressure to marry but should rather be focused on life for a better future. In an interview with Fox FM news reporter Ekuoba Gyasi, some married adults who were interview at Fante New Town in the Kumasi metropolis urged individuals not to rush into marriage unless they find a true-life panther because the consequences of forced marriage could be unbearable.

Youth especially adolescent girls have been advised not to heed societal pressure to marry but should rather be focused on life for a better future.

In an interview with Fox FM news reporter Ekuoba Gyasi, some married adults who were interview at Fante New Town in the Kumasi metropolis urged individuals not to rush into marriage unless they find a true-life panther because the consequences of forced marriage could be unbearable.

They believe that forcing yourself into marriage over societal pressure could affect the individual negatively as marriage is a lifetime union between both parties.

They are also of the view that the youth especially girls who are of age should make sure that they find a suitable job before they think of marrying.

On the part of individuals and parents who put pressure on adolescent girls and persons who find it difficult to have life partners and even push them into marriage to desist from it as it could danger the life of individuals involves.

Marriage is a lifetime journey and that it requires prayers and a well-prepared mind, body and soul for one to venture into it.
