I Have Been Duped By A Landowner
A man identified as James Newton has been duped by one Kwame Acheampong who is portrayed to be a landowner. James narrating his orderly on " Kyenkyen Bi Adi M'awu" a program dubbed on Fox FM and hosted by Obaasima stated that his friend Robert Antwi introduced him to Owusu Bonsu Coban who was the middleman and he also introduced him to the said landowner, Kwame Acheampong and together they all went and checked out the land which is sited at Atwima Foase and truth be told loved it.

James narrating his orderly on " Kyenkyen Bi Adi M'awu" a program dubbed on Fox FM and hosted by Obaasima stated that his friend Robert Antwi introduced him to Owusu Bonsu Coban who was the middleman and he also introduced him to the said landowner, Kwame Acheampong and together they all went and checked out the land which is sited at Atwima Foase and truth be told loved it.
According to him, the land cost 7,000Ghc but was told to make half payment to use some for documentation which he paid 4,000GHc and was told he will receive his papers on Friday which later turned into so many stories so he had no option but to involve the police which got the middleman arrested and led to the appearance of the landowner who promised to back the money but needs to sell his cocoa farm first.
James is not pleased with it and therefore seeks the help of Obaasima and her team to help him get his money back.
Host Obaasima speaking to Owusu Bonsu revealed that is true, he has a land settlement with James but is a bit complicated because he didn't know the man who claimed the land he was selling isn't the owner of that land they sold to James.
He detailed that, the case is now with the Central police station and the man has been given a grace period to pay which he is doing so.
