Hearts Of Oak Must Help Us Win Chisom Case

Accra Hearts of Oak are within a whisker of getting into the group stage of the ongoing CAF Champions League if only they can help Chisom Chikitara pursue and win a long-standing feud with Wydad Club of Morocco.

Barrister Johnny Ogbah confirmed in an interview with Rockson Adjei Yeboah on Focal Sports. When asked about the ruling, he replied "We had notified CAF about the ruling from FIFA which was subsequently upheld by Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) to the effect that Wydad Casablanca Football Club of Morocco must compensate Chisom Chikitara to the tune of ($165.167) including an interest of 5% within 30 days".

He added, Surprisingly, WAC has flouted that ruling from both FIFA and CAS.

When asked, has he informed CAF? He said, "After prompting CAF, I was expecting CAF to have reinforced that ruling from the adjudicatory body of CAS". But, CAF kept defending WAC of Morocco, it's interesting, "I suspect something fishy".

He declared "Hearts of Oak must join hands with us to pursue this legitimate case based on the criteria by the Club Licensing Regulations of CAF", Therefore, "Wydad Club of Morocco are *ineligible* to play against Hearts of Oak from Ghana".

Hence, "Hearts of Oak must be declared winner's".
