Fomena Polling Station: Aggrevied Members Caution NPP Executives To Act Fast Or They Will Defer To NDC

Aggrieved polling agent executives at the Fomena Constituency in the Adansi Region are unhappy with how the elections were conducted emphasising that, if they party executives don't act up soon they will all defer to NDC.

Fox morning drive hist, Sir John in an interview with one of the aggrieved executives, Benjamin Ofoi, stated that it all started last week Friday in the hours of 2:00-3:00 pm when former MP for Bantama constituency, Chairman Kokofu brought in the forms.

Explaining, he noted that, they got to know the forms wasn't signed nor stamped and even the date on it had expired so they approached Kokofu and indicated it to him, but he told them is not necessary and means nothing telling them they should go ahead and fill it because they will come for them on Saturday as vetting will commence on Sunday and Monday but didn't hear from him again till they heard on Monday that they were vetting.

Ofori disclosed how angered they were but at that time they had gone for a court injunction to be placed on it and proceeded to the DCE, Hon Eric Kwasi Kusi to hand it over to him since he is part of the election committee but they got kicked out by his securities.

He added that the executives should know that when one is joining the NPP party they don't submit an application or resignation so they should be cautious of their actions to put the party on top come the 2024 elections because they can't force Hon Asamiah on them.

If they don't act up, they will all resign and join the National Democratic Congress
