School pupils of Nsesereso R/C primary School at Dormaa central municipality in Bono Region sit on bare floor to study due to the lack of furniture the school The headteacher of the school Mr Daniel Nyarko said the school block was established in 1944 but the KG block is in a dilapidated state without furniture and since then the student has had difficulty to study during teaching and learning.

School pupils of Nsesereso R/C primary School at Dormaa central municipality in Bono Region sit on bare floor to study due to the lack of furniture for the school

The headteacher of the school Mr Daniel Nyarko said the school block was established in 1944 but the KG block is in a dilapidated state without furniture and since then the student has had difficulty to study during teaching and learning. 

'Some classrooms block have pieces of furniture, but they are not enough the pupils have to stand or used stones to sit on bare floor to learn, the lack of furniture is not only affecting students but also the teachers who do not have teachers' tables and chairs to sit on and mark children's exercises.

 We find it difficult to mark class works and assignments. According to him, all pleas to the Dormaa Central Municipality Assembly to provide the school with furniture failed. 
The teachers and students, therefore are appealing to the government, their Member of Parliament, Hon. Agyeman Ma nu as well as non-governmental organizations and philanthropists to come to their aid as the situation is affecting their studies negatively. 

 Nana Brafo Ababio Nansen Nsesereso hene also added that, their Member of Parliament for the area, Hon. Agyeman Manu as well as non-governmental organizations and philanthropists to come to their aid as the situation is affecting teaching and learning.
