On the 24th of April,2020, the Ghanaian music industry especially the gospel fraternity was left in shock and pain after the passing away of Prophet Seth Frimpong at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital after battling with a chronic disease has Finally been buried.

Prophet Seth Frimpong aka "The dancing Prophet" is said to have died after falling prey to a deadly illness that bedridden him leading to him to his early grave.

The late Seth Frimpong became popular in the year the 2000s after the release of his hit songs likes “Okumchola”, “Nyame Animuonyam”, “Mehuri Sor” etc.

Meanwhile, Seth Frimpong when alive was very close to popular Worship singer, Brother Sammy as their bond became stronger and became like brother's from another mother. They had each other back even in his tough times when he fell prey to illness.

Ghanaians were surprised when Brother Sammy didn't show up at the Final Burial Rite of his late friend in which raised an alarm on why he skipped giving his last respect to the late Seth Frimpong.

Well, Brother Sammy has finally broken his silence on why he skipped the funeral of his best friend during an interview on RTV.

According to him, he knew it wasn't the best of him to do so when he skipped paying his last respect revealing that, he has always paid his last respect to Seth Frimpong because he always appeared in his dreams and they always had a conversation.

He added: "He knew that I can't stand the pain at his funeral so he ushered me not to step foot at his funeral amicably. Honestly, I couldn't have held back my tears if I was to show up".
