One person has been killed and another injured after a robbery attacked at offinso mpehene a suburb of the Offinso south Municipality in the Ashanti Region. The deceased, 38-year-old Kingsford Boateng who is also a photographer and the injured were reportedly shot by suspected armed robbers.

Recounting the incident on Fox Morning Drive, the sister of the decease, Loretta disclosed that the sad occurrence happened over the weekends on Saturday, April 16. at 9:45 pm as both were sent to the St.Patrick Government Hospital where Kingsford was pronounced dead.
The injured whose name is Evans Amponsah is receiving treatment at the Okomfo teaching hospital. The family of the deceased is yet to come to terms with the situation.
The Police say they have begun investigations into the incident.
